Rush Job Terms & Conditions

1. Rush Fee – Projects requested with accelerated turnaround times (less than the standard schedule) are subject to a rush fee of 30% of the total project cost or billed at double the regular hourly rate.

2. Prompt Feedback Required – The client must provide clear and timely Feedback, materials, and approvals to avoid delays. Any hold-ups in communication or review will not extend the delivery deadline.

3. Payment Terms – Rush jobs must be paid in full upfront, regardless of final project completion status, unless the delay or cancellation is caused by the provider.

4. Non-Refundable Payment – All payments for rush work are non-refundable once production begins, as time is allocated exclusively for the project.

5. Responsibility for Delays – If a project delay is caused by the provider, the rush fee may be waived or adjusted in a fair manner. However, if the delay is caused by client inaction, missing files, or slow communication, additional time will be billed.

6. Post-Deadline Work – Any work requested or required after the agreed-upon deadline (when the deadline was missed due to the client or external factors beyond the provider’s control) will be billed at double the standard hourly rate.

7. Revision Limits – Revisions for rush projects are limited to one. Additional revisions or changes outside of the defined scope are billed at the applicable double the regular hourly rate.

8. Scheduling Priority – Rush projects take precedence over other planned work, which justifies the added cost, scheduling adjustment, and payment requirements.
