Hillside Manor Mansion Rendering
What a journey! Sometimes I get a project I know will be a bear, knowing what I am getting into, and take it because it looks to be an incredible house. The Hillside Manor Mansion is one of these projects. Not only is the house complicated, on a complicated site plan, there were no CAD drawings; everything was hand drawn. 99% of the time I turn away projects that are hand drawn. Why? I get to figure out so many things on the computer, and that can take a whole lot of time.
I recommend all projects to be built virtually, regardless. Home-owners, listen up, you’ll be paying a lot of money to fix things in the field. Worse yet, you’ll have to live with errors for the rest of your life.
The Hillside Manor Mansion is a beautiful home, and was worthy of a high-quality rendering. It was a bear, but was worthwhile to create.

1295 House Rendering
House rendering 1295 is the little brother to another house I did. The request was having it on a lake, which, as you can see, I have included. To have more control over my images, I don’ t use a lot of photos in my images; I model almost everything. The roof isn’t a displacement, which most use, it is actually geometry, same as the lake, it is all modeled. This way, my lighting matches the backplate. Otherwise, your back plate dictates your lighting, which isn’t alway optimal for the best images.

Annendale House Rendering
The Annandale House is a stock home, well designed and beautiful. White exterior, with black windows, and a darker roof is a trend that I like. I also like the splash of color coming from the wood. I enjoy the fact that the garage door isn’t the focal point, perched on the front of the house; we Americans love our cars

Steeple Rock Interior Renderings
It isn’t too often that I get just interiors; they usually they come with exteriors. Steeple Rock was just interiors, a set of five interior renderings. All the fixtures and materials were custom, per the designer’s mood board.
When I received the brief for this rendering project, it came with a set of construction documents, which, on the cover, had an exterior rendering. Their exterior rendering was probably created from the building information model (BIM), which is usually pretty low-quality. With the high quality of these interior renderings, I hope it encourages my client to have me create them a better exterior rendering for their marketing needs.

The Ashland House Rendering has some of my favorite materials. I am a huge brick fan-boy, and white board and batten are my thing, too. The beauty of this house is enhanced by the black windows and wood accents.

Luxury House Interior Renderings
Interior renderings, for me, are super fun. I think staging, along with the lighting, is key for a successful interior architectural rendering.
Talk about cabinet space in the kitchen; a chief’s dream. The last image gives you a glimpse of the exceptional pool from the interior/exterior patio.

Buckingham Mansion Rendering
The Buckingham Mansion Rendering in print publication, which is exciting to me. I have had several of my projects printed up in magazines, for both online and print.
The aim with the Buckingham Mansion Rendering was to impress with landscape. The landscape part of the rendering was critical for the architect. Although I removed more vegetation than I added, to not obscure features of the house, I think it turned out wonderful.
The architect chose the views, so if these don’t look as composed as my other work, that is why. Also, the white fluffy clouds were required by the architect, which isn’t my style, but they look fine to me.
