Edgewood Log House Rendering
7th of 10 log cabin renderings for a log cabin designer. I like each one, but this one, for me, is my favorite. The inside is ample space, two stories, with plenty of natural light. Who doesn’t like a wrap-around porch too? I kept the environment simple, which made the log cabin the show star.

Mountain Ridge Log Cabin Rendering
These log cabin architectural renderings are fun to do. It is nice having creative freedom on projects, and to tell you the truth, these are the ones that turn out the best. I know I would have a bias; however, they also get the most positive comment. The Mountain Ridge Log Cabin Rendering is one of ten log cabin renderings that I am working on.

American House Renderings
Here are a few homes I completed this month, and I thought I would share them with you.
From start to completion takes a couple of days per house; however, feedback and iterations usually take a few days. On my projects, I allow two grayscale revisions and two-color revisions. The more information I get upfront, the smoother and quicker the process. Often, I get vague directions; the first iteration is a shot in the dark, which leaves the one revision. So it is best to gather all your information before you submit a project, this way, you have the luxury of two complete iterations of your architectural rendering.

209 South Peter Drive Rendering
It has been a busy January! 209 South Peter Drive isn't my first completed new year's project, but it is one of my favorites. I have been so busy I haven't had time to post, so I grabbed this one because I love the design.
This month we moved from upper Minnesota (minus 31 degrees) to Lower California (77 degrees). After we arrived in California, one of the first houses that caught my eye looked very familiar to the 209 South Peter Drive home, so I chose this one to share with you to start the new year.

Alpine Village Renderings
From large projects to small projects, each one has a story. The Alpine Village Renderings is a mid-sized project with its challenges. There are a lot of factors when it comes to a project, and every project is unique. I create a game plan with each project, which helps secure its success. A project like the Alpine Village renderings needs proper file management. With fifteen different houses, dozens of tree and plant species, along with people, and cars, the file needs to be managed from start to completion.
The marketing manager for the Alpine Village Renderings wanted to show the development 15 years from now, with mature trees, bushes, and lots of activity. Lifestyle images were the goal for this set, and I think we aced it.

Chaos Vantage
I absolutely love Chaos Vantage. With my Titan RTX, I can render these grayscale turntable animated for them in minutes. There is no better way to verify my modeling than with a 3D animation.

Private Rental Villa Renderings
Client testimonials makes for a good day!
“Hi Bobby,
I really appreciate the fact that you celebrate God as a part of your Christmas Miracle! God is at the center of my life as well and has blessed us in our business to continue to employ so many in our area, we kept them employed during the pandemic and we have been able to donate 4 - 5 night stays at charity events over the years and we have raised over $500K for charities around the world. We take great pride in this. This is God’s work!
God put you in our path as well. Your renderings were critical to our success. We raised over $700K in pre-sales of our private rental villa (www.villapuntodevista.com) before it was completed and without that money we simply would not have been able to complete the building! Talk about important renderings!
So THANK YOU Bobby not just for your role in our success but in all the charity we have been able to offer so many as a result of that success. You are a part of that miracle as well!
Merry Christmas to you Bobby and thank you! Hope you and your family might enjoy a trip to Costa Rica someday to come and see us...
