Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs) are innovative and practical options for adding much-needed housing in California.

ADUs have been known by many names: granny flats, in-law units, backyard cottages, secondary units, and more. HCD is the state’s leader in local ADU ordinances, which — while optional — have grown exponentially as more cities, counties, and homeowners become interested in ADUs as one solution to increasing the supply of affordable housing.

Last night, I was scrolling through my work, and these tiny house renderings caught my eye. I wanted to reshare since ADUs appear on my social feeds. The images used in these social ads are from startups, with pretty poor-quality tiny house renderings. If you want to up your social game with some stellar tiny house renderings, please send me an email, I would love to help.
