The Centaur Renderings is an excellent case study on another use for architectural renderings. The developer is rehabbing an older building, turning it into upscale apartments. The exterior wasn’t changing much; however, it wasn’t a very photogenic building. My objective was to build the existing structure and “make it pretty.”
There might be some interior renderings coming, but I am waiting for approval from the developer and his partners. If those get done I’ll add them to this post, so check back.
