Most projects have challenges, and the Rock House Rendering’s challenge was, you guessed it, the rocks. The majority of the work you see online is people’s personal projects. Even some big-name people, who you see some stunning work come from, have totally different 9-5 jobs, and their work is work done over months and even years as a hobby.

Building a successful architectural rendering is a lot of work, especially if you are virtually building something real, matching real selected materials and environment. The Rock House Rendering is a house designed to be built on an outcrop of stone. The roads, curbs, light-posts, and of course the rocks, are all real elements that I had to virtually create, so the rendering reflects the real environment it is to be built on.
